Summer Performance

At Cambo First School we have a strong, recognised arts ethos across the whole curriculum. Our children really enjoy watching live performances and being involved in performing for the community. The experience gives them bag loads of confidence! We feel that we have potential stars in the making!

In 2007  for our end of year show we chose to share with our very appreciative audience the story of Little Red Riding Hood. As it was written by Roald Dahl there was a definite twist because the three little pigs were  in the performance somewhere!!!

Since then we have gone from strength to strength we have performed, Jack and the Beanstalk, Aliens in Space etc etc etc.

This year we performed Hansel and Gretel!  But it wasnt quite… the usual story… The children had loads of fun and laughter and our audience were very appreciative!

We performed for one night only on Thursday 16th July and produced a programme for the event.
