Pre-School
Pre-school is led By Mrs Jane Monks, helped by Mrs Sharon Birdsall and Mrs Jayne Wright. Pre-school continues to run every morning from 9 a.m. till 11.30 a.m. for children aged 2 1/2 years and over. We currently have 13 children in pre-school.
School doors/Pre School doors open at 8.45am. Children should not arrive before 8.45am. Our staff need time to prepare for the session.

Birth to Three Matters – A framework for the under three’s
In 2003 the publication ‘Birth to three Matters’ was published. It provides practitioners with a basis for understanding development and learning in these early years. The framework sets out children’s entitlements, stating that every child has a right to be a strong child, a skilful communicator, a competent learner and a healthy child. At Cambo Pre-School we aim to support your child in these early years and to help them progress in the four aspects of development, and to lead seamlessly into the Foundation Stage curriculum when they are three years old.
